As mothers we have to juggle a lot, and what this usually means is fitting everything else in around our children. It can be tricky to balance other commitments, and one areas where many moms can struggle is with going back to work. Maybe you want to work to set a good example to your children, or perhaps you need the money. Maybe you want to stay home and raise your children yourself and devote all of your time to them. The thing with this is there isn’t a wrong or right answer, it’s all about what’s right for you and your situation.
But if you do want to get back into work, here are some options to consider.
Go Part Time
This could mean going back part time to your career, this can be useful as you can keep your skills up and if you do want to get back into full-time work later on, you’re already prepared and in the swing of it. Otherwise, it could mean getting a part time job wherever is hiring. This would allow you to build your skills up, gain experience and earn money. Places like Subway are always hiring and you don’t need skills or qualifications since these kinds of jobs will train you. You can get a Subway job application here, it’s worth considering if you need the cash and want to get back into work.
Find a Flexible Job
The very best way to balance work along with having children is to have a job which offers flexible hours. When you’re able to pick and choose the times you work it can take a lot of pressure off, because if you happen to be having a busy few days you can simply cut back on what you’re working. Having a trade or skill will allow you to do this, for example a mobile beauty therapist, nail technician, hairdresser. These kinds of jobs allow you to work independently, and you’re your own boss so there’s no one to answer to. If you’re just starting out in your career and know you will want children later down the line, considering this kind of path early on allows you to get established before the time comes.
Work From Home
You don’t even need to leave the house to earn money these days, there are lots of home based jobs you could do. It could be freelancing, blogging or a home based business- when you work for from home again you have that flexibility to choose your own hours and you don’t even need to worry about childcare. You could simply work when your kids are at school, asleep or even for a few hours in the evening when they’re having some quiet time before bed.
Juggling home life and work can be a tough balancing act. But providing you can find the right job, it’s possible to do.

I’ve always admired the new nail stiletto nail trend but never was bold enough to try it. Next same the Unicorn nails with all the jewels and fancy spiral horns and chrome polish. Sooo pretty but still too extravagant and elaborate for my vanilla tastes. So afar but never have been bold enough to actually get them done. The closest I came tonight was going with a nice purple color for my nails. Boring.

Nailing a child’s birthday party is difficult.
You don’t need anyone to tell you that if you’ve ever had to organize one before because you already know that there are a million and one different variables to weigh up. You want your child to have an amazing party, but you also don’t want to go too overboard in case they want a mellow and chilled out gathering; you want to get them an amazing gift, but you also don’t want to get them something they’ll use once and never again.
If you’re starting to stress out over organizing festivities for your kid’s big day then these ideas might just give you the inspiration and salvation necessary to ensure that your child’s birthday doesn’t end in tears.
Get the party right.
This is the biggest part of a child’s birthday. As we get older, parties become less of a big deal; you might go out and have a drink with your friends to celebrate another year passing by, but it’s not quite the same as it was when you were younger. You need to remember how special a birthday was when you were younger and how excited you were to party with all your closest friends. The key elements here are friendship and fun; you don’t need to spend a fortune to throw an amazing party for your child, then.
To throw a great party for your child, you just need to invite their friends and give them something fun to do. A theme is a great place to start; it could be anything from a circus party to a Star Wars party. Just think about the age of the birthday boy or girl and their friends; ensure that the theme isn’t too childish because you don’t want to embarrass your child on their big day. The important thing is simply that everyone has a great time and takes a break from being themselves so that they can be a superhero or a Sith Lord, depending on their preferences.
Nailing a unique present.
The gift or gifts that you get for your child are also things that you give great importance, but instead of stressing over what your child wants, think about what they might not realize they want. Instead of giving them a plastic gift that they’ll forget about in a week, you could give your little one something with a little more substance. You could look into options such as a dsquared t-shirt to give your little or not-so-little one something “cool” and fashionable to wear on their big day.
Usually, clothes as gifts will induce groans from even the politest of kids, but if you choose correctly then you’ll sneakily succeed in getting your child a practical present that they actually love. Hopefully, they won’t suspect a thing. Of course, if you want to go for something a little more memorable then a day out to a zoo or a theme park that your child has always wanted to visit is certainly a gift that will make this birthday one they’ll never forget. Surprise presents might seem like a risky move, but the look on your child’s face will be worth it.

Recently, the gorgeous talent recreated Beyoncé’s pregnancy announcement on her lips in a dedication to Queen Bey who is expecting twins. Daniel said it took her over four hours to recreate and the results are AMAZING!
“I know I have a lot of Queen ? Fans out there! This one is for you! @beyonce Tag the Queen if you think she’d approve ?,” Daniel captioned her photo. And this isn’t the first awesome creation, of course.

Why Nails Hate Winter
Two words: moisture loss. “Healthy nails contain 18 percent water on average,” says Erin Gilbert, a New York City dermatologist. “In winter, you’re constantly moving between the hot, dry air indoors and the freezing temperatures outdoors. These extremes can reduce the moisture level in your nails, leaving them dehydrated.” Dried-out nails are more likely to break, split, and chip. Compounding the harsh climate conditions are stressors such as hot showers (water draws moisture from nails as it evaporates from skin) and drying products, like polish removers with acetone, alcohol-based hand sanitizers, and dishwashing liquid. “Washing dishes is just about the worst activity for nails,” says Miami dermatologist Leslie Baumann. Time to break out the rubber gloves.

Well we’ve always dubbed Neil Patrick Harris and his husband David Burtka and their twins Harper Grace and Gideon Scott the best celebrity family each Halloween because they’ve consistently outdone themselves each year.
This year was no different. Each member of the family dressed as a different Old Hollywood figure. Harris was Groucho Marx; Burtka was Charlie Chaplin; Harper was Marilyn Monroe; and Gideon, was James Dean. Costumes like these for an entire family take a lot of planning to pull off.
But it looks like we have been overlooking a blog fave Bumpwatch alum and her family: Beyonce!
The mega star, her husband rapper Jay-Z and their daughter Blue Ivy have rocked some pretty amazing family costumes. And…they usually do more than one each year as well.
This year, she and Jay dressed as Black Barbie and Ken dolls, complete in the packaging and everything. They nailed it!
Mama Knowles, Tina, got in on the act and was a member of Salt-N-Pepa along with Blue Ivy. Amazing!
Last year around Halloween time, Beyonce wore two costumes as well dressing up as Storm for Ciara‘s surprise birthday party that her then-fiance Russell Wilson threw for her.
For Halloween later in the month, the Knowles- Carter clan dressed as characters from the Eddie Murphy cult film, Coming to America.
Beyonce and Jay-Z were Queen and King of the fictional African nation of Zamuda while Blue played Murphy’s love interest in the film, Lisa McDowell.
Mrs. Carter even changed up her outfit to a traditional African print Ankara dress while attending a party with Jay that night.
In 2014, artists was the theme and Bey went as Mexican painter Frida Kahlo while Jay-Z personified the haunted Jean-Michel Basquiat and Blue wore a jacket made of one of Basquiat’s works.
Earlier in the day that year, Queen Bey was dressed as the Queen of R&B 90s pop Janet Jackson from the Rhythm Nation video and Blue was her sister Michael Jackson.
