Like Reese Witherspoon, she too hasn’t publicly announced that she is pregnant, though the box of crackers is a dead give away.
Barrymore is seen below leaving her hotel room and heading to a Chanel store to do some shopping on March 13, 2012 while visiting in Paris, France.
