All nine months of pregnancy don’t have to be full of queasiness, an achy back and swollen feet. In fact, they can be filled with fresh finds, wonderful tips and fab gifts, delivered to your door each month! That is exactly what you can expect on your doorstep monthly in a Pampered Pregnancy Cox from Citrus Lane which includes over $120 value in goodies for only $65.
The box, co-curated with author Amy Tara Koch, who penned the Bump it Up: Transform Your Pregnancy Into the Ultimate Style Statement, Citrus Lane’s Pampered Box is all about “nurturing you, from bump to baby”.
The latest curated box, sent to use for review, was full of luxurious skin products and edible too! It included yummy chocolate which our reader reviewer devoured within minutes of opening, with help from her daughter. The reviewer confessed that she had been turned off by chocolate this pregnancy but something about the deliciousness of the Vosges Haute Chocolate Peppermint Canday Cane Bar after one bite had her shamefully devouring the entire scrumptious confection in one sitting!
The box also contained a sweet smelling jar of Mama Mio Tummy Rub Stretch Mark Butter which our reviewer lathered on her tiny bump, noting that the soft emollient of the award-winning butter went on smooth. As her belly grows, the luxurious balm made up of natural oils and ingredients should help alleviate any belly itch (pun intended) and possibly lessen or prevent the onset of stretch marks.
The Citrus Lane kit also included Psi Bands, which are wrist bands with a tiny button to be placed on a pressure point that may alleviate nausea associated with morning sickness. Although our reviewer hadn’t been experiencing much morning sickness so far, she planned to schlep them along on her summer cruise and was sure they’ll help with sea sickness for sure.
The Zoe Organics Glowing Face & Body Wash is a non-detergent cleanser that is specially formulated for that sensitive preggers mom’s skin and can be used for face and body.
I saved the included Josie Maran Lip Gloss for myself because hey, bloggers need pampering too. It was non-sticky, went on evenly and had a wonderful long-lasting shine.
Finally, I’m digging into and loving all the fashion and style advice that is brimming in the Bump It Up Style book and plan to use the Foot Petals Tip Toes in the pad of my sky high platform heels. Yes “MY”. Ha! It is recommended that pregnant women wear flats anyway, but for those who just cannot part with their heels during those 40 weeks, these petals are designed to alleviate some of that extra pressure and stress on the pads of the foot while wearing heels.
Overall, the box was a cornucopia of goodness and that was just for one month! Imagine, getting this box each month and opening up to see what new pleasures are inside? How fun?
Get the Pampered Pregnancy Box for yourself, for your pregnant pal, for your wife, daughter, sister and she will love you for it! The box is a great idea that is long overdue!
