Are you ready for the first ‘Fitbit for the vajayjay’?

Well ladies… Guess what this is above?
A Fitbit for you vagina! Well sort of…
A California start up has invented what it is calling the first ever Kegel trainer device for women and the inventors are targeting, among others, women who have had vaginal births and need help getting their pelvic muscles in shape. The creators characterize it as akin to the new wearable devices, like Fitbit and Jawbone UP,  that track users’ movements, steps and exercise-related personal stats.
kGoal is a squeezable squishy pillow that you insert into the vagina and it keeps track of your kegel exercises.
Gynecologists and clinicians encourage women to do internal pelvic floor exercises to help re-establish the strength of the muscles that line the vagina, especially after they have a baby, vaginally. But, as many people who do these exercises know, it’s easy to forget and lose track of how many kegels you’re doing so kGoal aims to help you out.
With the kGoal, each squeeze is tracked wirelessly and recorded via an associated mobile app. An internal motor gives you real time biofeedback.  The arm stays outside the body and holds the kGoal in place.
The kGoal also comes with a USB charger for the splash resistant, easy-to-clean, Class VI silicone device which is 100% phthalate free, according to its makers.
To raise money to mass manufacture the invention, Minnalife launched a Kickstarter campaign and to no surprise, it has surpassed its $90,000 goal. Supporters and those pre-ordering the $175 device have helped raise over $235,000 so far.
We wonder why….heh heh heh. Oh did we mention, it has a secondary vibration device? Um…yeah.
If you are keen on snagging one of these devices, you can pre-order your own HERE! The campaign ends on August 4.
