Congratulations to Kimora Lee Simmons who E! reports is pregnant with her fourth child. Simmons married husband Tim Leissner this February.
Simmons is also mom to 14-year old Ming and 12-year old Aoki with Russell Simmons and 5-year old Kenzo with Djimon Hounsou.
