We’ve heard of expectant celebrities being shamed for exercising while preggers, being too thin and more, but recently lawyer, entrepreneur and Bravo TV‘s Shahs of Sunset alum Lilly Ghalichi was recently shamed for being too cute while pregnant and making pregnancy look too “pretty.”
Ghalichi addressed the person who suggested that she was glamorizing pregnancy for young girls.
“Someone left a comment saying “Stop trying to make pregnancy look cute, it sends a bad image to girls” Ghalichi captioned yet another adorable photo shoot of her glowing and looking healthy and great. “❣Pregnancy is very hard no doubt, but is the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced. I’m posting MY pregnancy, maybe yours wasn’t cute to you, mine is beautiful to me. ✨I’m also 35 and married, hopefully sending a message that it’s ok to wait until you’re ready to bring life into the World and start a family. #GhalichiGlam’
Her fans jumped in quickly to back her up.
“Nooooooo! Stuff like 16 and pregnant makes young girls think pregnancy is cool. How could a 35 year old pregnant woman send off that kind of vibe? That poster must’ve smoked something before they said that! Just stupid!” one fan wrote.
