Like a lot of families who decided to scale down their Halloween celebrations, we too took a different route this year.
Rather than get dressed up in costumes and go door-to-door trick or treating, this year, we stayed in and had a low key celebration.
We painted pumpkins. I purchased light colored pumpkins squash and used glue base and paint to spray paint pumpkins for decorations.
We munched on pizza, chicken bites and drank soft drinks while we worked.
Next, we made candy apples, caramel and candy coated ones.
