The thought of Memorial Day brings to mind images of a sunny, warm day barbecuing outside with friends and family. There’s lots of food involved too {obviously} including cheeseburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, and the classic sides of potato salad, cole slaw, and chips galore. BUT, my favorite part of Memorial Day, you ask?!?! That would be getting dressed for the occasion. Duhhh.
I thought it would be fun to put together a look for MOM and a look for BABY {or toddler!} that could be worn on this upcoming holiday. If you recall, Memorial Day is celebrated to remember those who passed away while serving in the armed forces for our country. Soooo, why not pay some homage to America’s colors on this day too?! Let’s hear it for the red, white, and blue!
