Kimora Lee Simmons celebrated the impending arrival of her 4th child this past Saturday, February 7 with her family.

Simmons and her banker husband Tim Leissner are expecting their fourth child together.
Kimora’s other children include 12-year old Aoki Lee, 14-year old Ming Lee with Russell and 5-year old son Kenzo from her marriage to Djimon Hounsou.
