Congrats to Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin Jr and his wife Rebecca who are expecting their first child since marrying in June 2013.
The once highly heralded and celebrated NFL player who breathed much excitement to the sport and league a few years back announced the news on his Instagram account yesterday, February 12:
“BIG Thank You for making this Birthday a Special Day!!! This year’s gift will change Our life forever!!! #BoyOrGirl,” he captioned the photo of himself kissing his wife’s bump.
This will be the first child for the once-high school sweethearts.
It was the occasion of his 25th birthday! Sweet!
