The wait is over on the sex of #BabyTucker
This Sunday before the premiere of Real Housewives of Atlanta, its star Kandi Burruss and her husband cast-mate, TV productions manager and business owner Todd Tucker announced on Instagram that the couple are expecting a bouncing baby boy!
Before then, Burruss previewed the news on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
“No, you didn’t [read I’m having twins]! No! I got one in there. Yes, we’re having a boy!” she revealed. “Oh, yeah, definitely [we wanted a son]. We both got girls now, so we really wanted a boy,” she shared on The Rickey Smiley Morning Show. “We can’t agree on names right now. We keep going back and forth.”
The news was announced with a bittersweet massage given that Tucker’s mom Sharon, who had been featured in several episodes of the show, suddenly passed away last year from a stroke:
“That’s baby Tucker!!! It’s a BOY!!!,” Tucker captioned his Instagram share of the ultrasound confirming the baby’s gender. “I wish my mom was here for this! She wanted this more than anything!!! But I know she see’s everything that’s happening and she’s happy and proud of us!!!” #blessed #MamaSharon”
