Jennifer Love Hewitt glows in new Palmer’s campaign

Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt glows in a recent ad for Palmer’s Cocoa Butter campaign shoot. The Criminal Minds star is the brand’s newest spokes model.

The actress, who is expecting her second child with husband Brian Hallisay, dressed in all white for the upcoming Palmer’s ad campaign.

“After the success I had using Palmer’s through my first pregnancy, I knew I wanted to support the brand by baring my pregnant belly to celebrate the beauty of expectant mothers,” Hewitt says in a release from Palmer’s. “These are products that I believe in and actually use—they help moms to embrace the natural glow of pregnancy and I find it so empowering to be able to show my pregnancy off in this way.”

Hewitt and her The Client List co-star Brian Hallisay are expecting their second child. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Autumn, in 2014.

The Ghost Whisperer alum has a maternity line, L by Jennifer Love Hewitt sold exclusively in A Pea In the Pod stores nationwide.

Congratulations to my hometown sports hero Robert Griffin III and his wife on the birth of their first child together, daughter, Reese Ann Griffin.

She will be an RGIV as she shares the same initials as dad, Washington Redskins quarterback.

“-Jeremiah 29:11- Reese Ann Griffin was born today! All 7lbs 9 oz. of her!

Life Changer! #Blessed #ReeseAnn,” the proud papa tweeted.

He also made an announcement on Facebook sharing the same photo as in the tweet (above).

“May 21, 2015 has forever changed our lives for the better!” Griffin wrote on Facebook on Thursday, with the hashtags such as “#MomRockedIt” and “#YesWeCriedAndByWeItMeansMe.”

10 Things To NOT Ever say to your Kids

I stumbled upon this very well written article published last Spring in Women’s Day, titled, “10 Things You should Never Say to your Kids.” Seeing as how I’m guilty of uttering more than one of these offenses, I read author Denise Shapani‘s explanations of each and they make complete sense! Very insightful stuff. Now the challenge is to remember these lessons and resist the urge to repeat the offensive utterances. Oy!

The list of the ten are:

1. “I know you can try harder.”

2. “Are you sure you need that second cupcake?”

3. “You always…” or “You never…”

4. “Why can’t you be more like your sister/brother?”

5. “I told you waiting until the last minute was a mistake!”

6. “You’re the best at soccer!”

REPORT: Russian Pres Vladimir Putin welcomed a secret baby girl

If you are one of those people like me who follow world politics, you may remember that this past March, Russian president Vladimir Putin disappeared. The Kremlin tried to pass off some bogus excuse for the absence of the world leader.

It turns out Vlad most likely in Switzerland visiting his newborn daughter to his much younger former gymnast girlfriend Alina Kabaeva.

The two have long denied being in a relationship, but Swiss press claim they are new parents.

Kabaeva gave birth in April at the Clinica Sant’Anna in Sorengo, Switzerland, a suburb of Lugano, Swiss newspaper Corriere Del Ticino stated.

The local branch of Swiss broadcaster RSI reported that 31-year old Kabaeva, 31, had booked two rooms at the ultra-private clinic to the rich and famous.

There were reports of an unusual amount of black Sedans with Russian diplomatic license plates in the town where the clinic is located around the same time that the 61-year old Putin disappeared.

And if that wasn’t evidence enough, Kabaeva emerged after weeks of absence at a gymnastic contest in Moscow to celebrate the end of World War II in a red tent dress and looking heavier, older and fatigued, New York Post reports.

You can run but you cannot hide from the ever snooping press! ha!

Bump Watch: Country singer Jessie James Decker keeps It Real

Okay! Here we go! My new fave pregnant celeb may be country singer Jessie James Decker.

The reality TV star of the E! show Eric & Jessie: Game on and her husband New York Jets linebacker Eric Decker are expecting their second child, a son, in September.

This week, Jessie kept it all the way real with this very relatable Instagram 5-month belly progression photo that she captioned:

“Keepin it real mommy style. Stains. Gotta pee face but don’t wanna get up and non supportive bra Cus I just don’t care hahah! #vivismama #23wks”

That’s what I’m talking about. We see enough of the picture perfect, carefully filtered and presented inspirational pregnant celeb photos that most cannot obtain or duplicate, even if they tried.

Finally, one who isn’t afraid to show what many real pregnant women look like when they’re chilling at home and letting it hang out.

FASHION: Salma Hayek killed it at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival

Yes, we are down with the “Ask her More” campaigning encouraging the focus of celebrity women on red carpets to be about their careers and accomplishments. But we are also part fashion blog, we cannot help but point out that Salma Hayek is killing it, fashion and style-wise, at this year’s Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France.

In this age of celebrities over 40 being accused of not dressing appropriately for their age, Hayek, a past Bellyitch bumpwatch alum, shows how to be sexy, classy and graceful while still current and age-appropriate stylish

She appeared mainly in Alexander McQueen and Saint Laurent with a sprinkle of other couture designs. Along her side often was her billionaire business man husband and Frenchman François-Henri Pinault.

She wowed in Gucci on the red carpet to the premiere of Carol on May 17.

She looked radiant in red Alexander McQueen while talking at the American Pavilion.

Was FAB in Saint Laurent at the Kering Official Cannes Dinner at the Place de la Castre.

It wasn’t all fashion and glitz, Salma lent her expertise and perspectives as a few roundtables and female empowerment events during the annual event. For example, on May 16, she slayed in another classic MQD Alexander McQueen Tuxedo dress while attending the Variety Celebration of UN Women at Raddisson Blu.

And on Friday, May 15 she started the weekend in Black while attending “The Art of Behind the Scenes Jaeger-LeCoultre and Finch & Partners” party at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.

That same day, she worked it in a Saint Laurent silk patchwork Georgette dress at the Kering Talks ‘Women In Motion’ at Kering suite during The 68th Annual Cannes Film Festival on May 15, 2015 in Cannes, France.

Loved the dotted Alexander McQueen dress she rocked the day before that at the Premiere of “Il Racconto Dei Racconti” (“Tale Of Tales”) on May 14, 2015.

And earlier in the day in another Alexander McQueen dress at the photo call for that event.
