Congratulations to The Walking Dead’s Alanna Masterson (“Tara Chambler“) and her boyfriend Brick Stowell on the birth of their first child together recently.
Masterson announced the pregnancy in July via Instagram and last month tweeted a bump photo of herself in a pumpkin patch.
Announcing the birth, she simply featured a photo of herself laying a huge smooch on Stowell with the caption “We did it.”
Stowell went one step further sharing an Instagram photo of his new baby daughter’s tiny feet against his hands.
But before, he shared a photo of himself about a week ago in scrubs perhaps from he delivery room and she captioned a sleepy photo with two baby bottles with “been awake for days”, meaning the baby’s been here since then. Who knows?
The hit zombie apocalyptic show just got renewed for a 7th season so as the show tapes its final episodes of season 6, we can expect less scenes from Masterson’s character as she tends to her new baby.
That’s if Tara makes it to season 7. We hope so!
The new mom hid her pregnancy well during this season’s taping though we could tell by the fullness of her face and the baggy clothes and strategically placed chairs that she was preggers.
She and another recent new mom Sonequa Martin-Green did superb jobs working through their respective pregnancies.
Martin-Green welcomed a son, Kenric Justin, in January 2015 and bounced right back into taping too so maybe Masterson will too.
