Naya Rivera and Tamera Mowry-Housely’s kids Make big Debuts

Naya Rivera and Tamera Mowry-Housley made a big public first with their respective newest baby.

Rivera and her son Josey with husband Ryan Dorsey are on the cover of Fit Pregnancy & Baby‘s latest issue.

Meanwhile, The Real co-star and her husband Adam Houseley let their baby girl Ariah work her very first red carpet at the Milk + Cookies story telling event in Los Angeles, California this weekend.

The Sister-Sister star also brought along to the event her adorable son Aden. The Tia and Tamera  reality star shares pics of her kids occasionally in social media.

Rivera is more limiting.

She says in the magazine that she usually avoids over sharing photos of her son.

“I try to keep [shots of Josey] to a minimum,” the Glee alum said in he mag. “Don’t get me wrong. I want to post photos of him every day because he’s so cute, but I try to just post mostly on holidays, because some things should be kept private. Obviously, doing a magazine cover with him was a big decision, but I know it’s something we’ll look back on and cherish.”

Inside Naya Rivera’s ‘Tee Pee’- inspired Nursery

Glee alum actress Naya Rivera showed off her neutral toned nursery inside an exclusive shoot for  MyDomaine.

The beautiful petite mom-to-be and her husband since July 2014 Ryan Dorsey are expecting their first child in a couple of months.

Rivera revealed in the feature that she built the entire nursery around a cute black and white Tee Pee she discovered at LandOfNod.

From there, the Devious Maids star added neutral elements, sentimental items, and other eclectic and unique pieces.

“I love so many things in the nursery, but my favorite would have to be the bird chandelier,” Rivera said about the copper wire piece hanging from the ceiling. “It’s so fun and adds a pop of color and youth!”

The black and white accessories like the Eivor throw from Ikea were added to accommodate the fact that babies see in black and white for the first few weeks of their lives.

She did add pops of color to mix up the black, white, cream and gray.

“My favorite item in the bookshelf is the photo of Ryan and I at our wedding, and the baby’s ultrasound picture,” Rivera shares. “You can see the baby’s face so clearly!”

Her designer Angelo Surmelis was going for a gender neutral design that was still kid-friendly.

Rivera posted a quick snippet of the behind the scenes video from the shoot on her Instagram account.

Everything works well though we think the patterned wall paper is a bit too much stimulation for a nursery where baby is supposed to be sleeping in and not playing. Perhaps she will tone it down later.
