How horrible would it be for your 10 year old to have bad credit before he can even watch a PG-13 movie because he went to a gaming site and gave up too much information.

Holiday Photo Card/Out-of-Town Kids’ Outfit Guide

The holiday seasons mean that families will be packing up the kids in the car or arranging a suitcase and venturing off to weekend or weeklong visits to grandparents, out-of-town family and friends and winter vacations.

It’s also the time of the year when parents dress up their children to the nines and take professional or DIY portraits to be included in the end-of-the-year Holiday, Christmas or Hannukah cards that are sent out each year.

I recommend you go with one of four traditional colors that are perfect for the season: black, grey, red or white. Avoid the temptation to put wool or some other thick fabric on baby which may cause her to overheat.

Also, by opting for light weight fabrics, you can pretty much mix and match and play around with different looks and can layer. Add or take away depending on the temperature in the room or outdoors.

Further, if you are going to try different poses during a photo session, having options you can play around with is key.

You can pull out classic pieces out of Jr’s wardrobe or closet. Kerry Washington Welcomes Son, Caleb Kelechi

Congratulations to Kerry Washington on the birth of her second child, a son that she and husband Nnamdi Asomugha have named Caleb Kelechi Asomugha, on Oct. 5.

The Scandal star confirmed her pregnancy in May on the red carpet of the White House Correspondents’ Association Dinner in Washington, D.C.

The couple have raised their daughter Isabelle out of the public eye as well. In fact, she never even announced the birth of Isabelle either so it is of no surprise that it’s been over two weeks since she gave birth and news reports are only coming out now.

The Bryants Take in a Lakers Game Courtside

Third-time mom-to-be Vanessa Bryant took in a game with her girls (in belly and out) and her husband, retired NBA veteran Kobe Bryant of the Los Angeles Lakers. She posted a photo of her brood enjoying a Lakers game court side and apparently, all of the activity and action had her soon-to-born daughter excited as well.

“My baby girl kept kicking me????,” the philanthropist captioned a photo she shared on Instagram. “and Gigi (her daughter) looks like she’s ready to go in and play.”

Nice! You know how the saying goes: a family that has court side seats together…stays together. Ok. Maybe, that’s not precisely how the saying goes but you get the drift. It was a very adorable family fun moment captured.

Shot in Head: Would be Robber to Malibu Home of Model Miranda Kerr

What is the deal with major high stakes security breaches these days?

Last Friday morning around 11 am on October 14, an intruder cut a hole in a fence to model Miranda Kerr’s Malibu, California home but was stopped by a security guard. The would-be robber stabbed the guard in the eye during their encounter.

During the scuffle, the guard manged to shoot the intruder several times including once in his head.

Both are receiving treatment in a Los Angeles hospital. The Los Angeles County Sheriff‘s Department airlifted the security guard from the scene.

There could be something to say about letting the world into your home via media, perhaps as Kim Kardashian West , while in Paris for Paris Fashion Week, of jewelry once featured on her E! television show and flashed in social media.

Earlier this year, Kerr gave an inside look to Harper’s Bazaar into the 1960s style ranch she purchased in 2014 following her split with ex husband Orlando Bloom.

Kerr may not have been in the house at the time as her fiance Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel recently purchased a sprawling Brentwood mansion for the family.

Kim Kardashian West Files Libel Suit Against Gossip Site Claiming She Faked Paris Robbery; They Apologize & Retract

Kim Kardashian West has sued the online gossip site MediaTakeOut.com for libel after the site portrayed her as a liar and a thief after she was robbed in Paris earlier this month.

In a lawsuit filed in a Manhattan federal court, Kardashian West states not only was she traumatized by the October 3, 2016 robbery but was victimized a second time when the site reported after the attack that she faked the robbery and lied about the assault.

No arrests have been made since, according to Paris police, armed robbers posing as police officers tricked the concierge of the private mansion she was renting while in town for Paris Fashion Week, and then eventually tied, bound and gagged both Kardasian West and the concierge and made off with $10M in jewelry.

The lawsuit says she asked the site to publish a retraction and apologize for painting a victim of a serious crime as a criminal. The lawsuit said the “malicious publication of the articles…is libelous.”

After the attack, her husband, Kanye West, abruptly ended his New York concert, announcing that he had a family emergency.

Media Take Out has taken down the post and its editor in chief Fred Mwangaguhunga told CNN:

“Our number one goal is to produce the most accurate information as quickly as possible and we did that … But now, looking back at it, you have a chance often times to look back and reflect on what it is that happened. It’s now clear that she was robbed. It’s clear that the reporting that we did hurt her, and we certainly don’t want that to be what we do.
It’s a bigger issue than just someone telling you to take it down. Sometimes you take it down because there’s something on there that’s not right and your readers are being misled by the information on it.
Kim Kardashian is not just a celebrity, she is a human being. She is a mother, she is a wife and she was a victim of a violent crime. She definitely did not deserve it and she deserved to be believed.”

Nothing like a million dollar lawsuit to make you change you mind.
