We love what Facebook user Latifa Trina shared with the MixedRace Babies Facebook group recently: a Breast Milk Popsicle for her teething 5 1/2 year old.

She mixed one organic banana with an ounce and a half of breast milk that she blended in her Baby Magic Bullet then poured the mixture in Popsicle molds and froze them.

It’s cool and the hard texture makes them great for a teething baby. The bonus is that they are also nutritious and good for baby!

Latifa’s daughter Charleigh loves it! Good job, mom!
