Kate Middleton Gives Birth to A Baby Boy After a Short Labor

Catherine Duchess of Cambridge (née Kate Middleton) and Prince William welcomed their third child, a son today.

Kensington Palace confirmed the baby was born in the early hours of the morning,

The news came not long after it announced that the Duchess had gone into early labor.

She labored for about 7 hours which is relatively short but not atypical because she labored for 12 hours with Princess Charlotte and only 3 or so with Prince George.

“Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs. The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz,” Kensington Palace announced on Twitter. “The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth. Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.”

The baby, who was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in London, the same place his big brother Prince George of Cambridge, 4, and sister Princess Charlotte of Cambridge, 2, were born.

“The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the new,” Kensington Palace further announced.

The baby automatically becomes fifth in line to the British throne, behind his granddad Prince Charles, father William and Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.

The baby leapfrogs his uncle Prince Harry in the succession.

The child’s name is set to be announced soon.

The baby birth’s comes just a few weeks ahead of Princess Charlotte’s third birthday, which is on May 2, and a few months ahead of Prince George’s fifth birthday, which is on July 22.

Kate Middleton Does Her Own Grocery Shopping Just Like Us

Kate Middleton is just like us!

The 36-year-old Duchess of Cambridge, who is expecting her third child with husband Prince William in the coming weeks, was spotted casually grocery shopping in a Waitrose supermarket in the small town of Swaffham, England, earlier this week.

The pregnant Duchess looked chic in a blush coat, black pants, a white shirt and black booties. Her hair was down and she wore minimal makeup while on her regular outing. Kate was accompanied by her metropolitan police protection officer, who stood aside and watched as she pushed her own cart and loaded reusable shopping bags into her SUV.

Kate Hudson is Pregnant with her Third Child, First Girl

Actress Kate Hudson surprised her fans and followers on Instagram Friday with news that she and beau Danny Fujikawa are expecting their first child together, a baby girl.

The Almost Famous star posted a gender reveal video Surprise!

“SURPRISE!!!” she captioned a video of herself and her family from a gender reveal party as they popped black balloons that revealed smaller pink balloons and pink confetti. “If you’ve wondered why I’ve been so absent on my social channels it’s because I have never been more sick! It’s was the most sick first trimester of all my children. Boomerangs have made me nauseous, Superzoom is an easy way to have my head in the toilet, food instagrams make me queezy and thinking too much about insta stories made me even more exhausted than I already had been. If you’ve seen me out and about smiling and pretending like everything is amazing…I was lying!”

She revealed that is has been a bit rough keeping the pregnancy under wraps as it appears that she is due to deliver pretty soon!

“BUT! I have broken through on the other end of that and rediscovering the joys of insta/snap,” she continued. “We have been trying to keep this pregnancy under the radar for as long as possible but I’m a poppin now! And it’s too darn challenging to hide, and frankly hiding is more exhausting then just coming out with it! My kids, Danny, myself and the entire family are crazy excited! A little girl on the way.”

This is the first girl for Hudson who has a 14-year old son Ryder Robinson with her ex-husband Chris Robinson and a 6-year old son named Bingham Bellamy with her ex Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

“Omg I look like a crazed fan attacking you in this video!!!!!” commented Hudson’s friend Sara Foster, who is also Fujikawa’s stepsister. “I’m so excited!!!! Finally a girl!!!!!!”

Kate Middleton Bumps It Up with Meghan Markle at Commonwealth Service

Third-time mom-to-be Duchess Catherine of Cambridge and her husband Prince William were joined by Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and the other royals at the annual Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey this week.

The former Kate Middleton recycled a coat she has worn before, a navy wool Beulah Chiara London coat with a matching Jimmy Choo clutch and Malory’ pumps by Rupert Sanderson.

In her third trimester, Kate’s bump was visible through her coat as she and the royal pair greeted children at the event.

Interestingly enough, whoever styles Kate must also style Former actress Markle because she too was outfitted in an A-line coat with clean lines and in a primary color, well off white but you know, classic solids.

Both women wore wool hats that matched their coats. All of the other royals wore variations of navy and white so I think it was planned.

It is a classic and conservative aesthetic that is unique to Kate’s style.

If you look at how Kate dressed compared to as a married duchess, you can see the evolution and change.

I like their look but if it is too similar, it will give off a Stepford Wives vibe to me.

Kate Middleton Stuns in Forest Green at BAFTA, Receives Criticism

The British version of the Academy Awards, the Britsh Academy Film and Television Awards, went down this weekend at London’s historic Royal Albert Hall and Duchess of Cambridge Catherine attended.

The former Kate Middleton dressed her bump in a forest green gown by Brit designer Jenny Packham. The empire waistline dress featured a black sash over her belly perhaps as a nod to the fact that all the women attending the event were asked to wear black in solidarity for the Time’s Up and #MeToo Movement.

The dress also featured deep v-neckline on the front and a full, flowing skirt.

She actually got some flak for doing so and not donning all black. Defenders of Kate point to the fact that the Royal Family is not supposed to make a political stance but some would rebut that she already is an advocate for a number of women rights’ causes and thus dressing in solidarity would not be unlike her previous activity.

We thought she looked radiant! Her skin glowed. Her ringlets were shiny and bouncy. Overall, it was a great look for the Duchess. Her husband Prince William is currently the president of BAFTA and has been since 2010. He spoke out about the recent sexual harassment claims, allegations and controversy.

Not Talked About as Much but Kate Middleton is In Her Last Trimester Already

While everyone has been obsessing over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s pending nuptials and the Jenner-Kardashian baby boom, the Duchess of Cambridge and former Kate Middleton has been busy making her royal duties while 7-months preggers.

That’s right, you could barely tell by how tiny her bump is that Duchess Catherine is well into her third and final trimester and a few weeks away from delivering another Royal baby.

The previously most talked about Royal is an official ambassador to Addiction and was photographed recently attending a charity center that helps adults overcome drug and substance abuse. Now that her extreme morning sickness has subsided, Kate has been doing a lot of appearances of late.

Mindy Kaling Welcomed Daughter Katherine Swati

Mindy Kaling welcomed her first child, a baby girl on December 15, 2017. The Mindy Project star named the new arrival Katherine Swati Kaling at 10:50 AM on December 15, 2017. The baby’s middle name Swati is in honor of the actress’s mother who passed away from pancreatic cancer in 2012.

According to reports, the father’s name and age were left blank on the newborns birth certificate adding fuel to the fire that she used an anonymous sperm donor.

According to E! News, the new came as “an unexpected surprise” but confirmed that Kaling is thrilled.

“I think I’ve decided that unlike everything else in my life, I’m going to be fast and loose about kids,” she told Yahoo Style. “I’m going to not actively plan, but if it happens, it would happen.”

Her timing couldn’t be better to have a baby.

Kaling is set to appear in the upcoming film, A Wrinkle In Time, and as the final season of The Mindy Project wraps

Why Kate Hudson’s Lazy C-Section Comments Irked Many

You may have heard by now that actress Kate Hudson is getting a ton of flak for saying in a recent Cosmopolitan cover article that having a c-section was the the “laziest thing she’s ever done.”

Hudson is mom to 13-year-old Ryder and 6-year old Bingham.

But why are her followers calling the remark “ignorant”, “shameful”, and “offensive” ?

It goes back to the feelings of inadequacy that many women who don’t deliver their children vaginally feel in the face of judgment from the natural childbirth crowd.

I have personally addressed it before about how I was literally jealous of women who gave birth vaginally. I wanted to so badly. For various reasons, all three of my children entered this world via Caesarean section.

So yeah.

A lot of us c-section moms already have a variety of feelings of inadequacy so one can understand how learning of an influential figure calling her own C-Births “lazy” could sting.

Personally, I understand she was talking about herself and she was just joking.

Kate Middleton and Unconventional Extreme Morning Sickness Cures

In light of the fact that Duchess Kate (nee Middleton) is in the news again over her extreme case of morning sickness which forced her to have to reveal very early that she is with child again (for the third time), we thought we would re-share this post on Morning Sickness cures!

If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy and experiencing extreme morning sickness and can’t seem to get the traditional remedies such as mint tea, small meals, crackers and preggie pops to work, try these unconventional tricks;

1. Eat high protein right before going to bed.

2. Switch to iron-free prenatal vitamins and get your iron sources from foods like spinach and nuts.

3. Sip slowly on ice cold water when you feel queasy.

4. Take a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a cup of warm water.

5. Before you get up in the morning, eat 2 saltine crackers in bed.

6. Eat a few almonds before you get up in the morning.

7. Take ginger in the form of tea, ginger mints or cookies.

8. Take vitamin B6 pills.

9. Use acupressure bands

10. Inhale the peppermint tea and wear peppermint oil on your wrist and sniff it when you get nauseous.

It’s baby number 3 for Princess Kate and Prince William!

Kensington Palace confirmed today that the royal family are expecting a third child.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child,” a statement from Kensington Palace, released Monday morning, said.

The former Kate Middleton is not yet three months along but is experiencing the same extreme morning sickness as she experienced when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte and therefore would have to skip out on making appearances, hence the decision to come out with the news earlier than normal.

“As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today,” the statement said. “The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace.”

The royals are already parents to 4-year-old Prince George and 2-year-old Princess Charlotte.
