Kate Middleton’s phone hacked 155 times, newspaper editor admits

Former News of the World royal editor Clive Goodman admitted in court today that he had hacked the voicemails of Prince Harry and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Bellyitch Bumpwatch alum Kate Middleton‘s phone was hacked 155 times, Prince William‘s was illegally accessed 35 times and Harry’s messages on nine occasions, the Old Bailey in Central London was told.
Goodman was forced to admit that his hacking while at the newspaper was much wider than he had previously disclosed, after being shown his phone records from 2005 and 2006.
The 56-year-old was jailed in 2007 for illegally accessing the voicemails on royal aides’ mobiles.
He told the court: ‘There has been no intention to deceive you or anybody else about my involvement in hacking. If anyone asks me an open question, I will give an open answer.’
The Duchess was allegedly first hacked on December 12, 2005, by Goodman after he was handed her voicemail details by private detective Glenn Mulcaire.
He intercepted her voicemails repeatedly on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and again on Boxing Day of 2005, the court was told. He allegedly started hacking Prince William in January 2006 and then began intercepting Prince Harry’s voicemails the same year.
Goodman said: ‘I’m saying I hacked Prince Harry and I am being open and honest. It is not a question of being forced to accept this, I’ve never been asked.’
He said the last hack of Prince Harry was on May 5, 2006, while he last hacked Kate Middleton on August 7, 2006, the day before he was arrested

Savannah Guthrie shows off bump at events all weekend, Katie Couric rumored to be her maternity leave replacement

First time mom-to-be TODAY show host Savannah Guthrie has been having a ball showing off her growing baby bump at events recently.
This weekend was a busy one. Today, the seasoned journo wore a black floral dress to the Fed Up  premiere at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Just this past weekend, she was all smiles while posing with co-host Matt Lauer at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner at the Hilton in DC all pretty in pink, and went floral again the night before at the annual New Yorker pre-WHCD party at the W Hotel  in DC.
And just last month, she was being honored  at The Hollywood Reporter’s  35 Most Powerful People In Media Celebration at The Four Seasons Restaurant on April 16, 2014 in New York City.
Sharing the spotlight today was the news that former host Katie Couric has been rumored to possibly sit in Guthrie’s stead when she departs for maternity leave after giving birth to her first child with new husband of a few months Michael Feldman.
Among other big names floated around to sub include another alum Meredith Vieria, the former panelist host on The View who took over after Couric left TODAY the first time in 2006.
Interesting…. Who do you think they should select?

Report: Katy Perry’s violent scene in ‘Birthday’ video traumatized unsuspecting 5-year olds

During the filming of her new video for her song “Birthday”, pop singer Katy Perry apparently wanted to simulate the real life shock on the faces of guests at a 5-year old’s birthday party by filming a pretty violent scene without cluing in the guests it was all fake.
In the scene, Perry is dressed as a party Clown and is shown hitting a little person assistant also dressed in a clown suit with a bat. She then runs into an adjascent street outside the party, which took place at the Knollwood Country Club outside LA, and causes a head-on auto accident. All of it is for the video and the drivers of the cars were stunt drivers.
However, according to TMZ, children and other guests were traumatized at seeing the scene unfold not knowing it was staged.
Eye witnesses told TMZ, children were crying and one woman stormed away, visibly upset.
In the video of the scene below, one little girl can be heard saying “mommy, I want to leave.”
Perry herself told Jimmy Kimmel this Monday on his late-night show where she screened a snippet of the finished video that she was 6 inches off her mark, meaning, a few more inches, she could have gotten hit by the truck and killed. Yikes!
After the fracas, the guests were told it was Perry, she took off her wig and all had a good laugh,
There are adults who have serious phobias of clowns today over traumatizing run-ins with them when they were children. We can forsee some future cases. Also, for an adult to witness a head on crash can be jarring, imagine what a kid would go through. Yikes!
What are your thoughts? Innocent fun or not cool to traumatize kids potentially for life.

“Divergent” actress Kate Winslet did her own stunts while pregnant filming

Kate Winslet didn’t let pregnancy get in the way of doing her own stunt work on her new movie Divergent, which opens today in the US.
The film is about a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is divided into five factions based on their personality – Dauntless, Abnegation, Candor, Amity and Erudite. Those who don’t fit into any category are Divergent.
Veronica Roth, the author of the popular global book series off of which the movie is based, disclosed this detail in a recent promotional interview.
Winslet was expecting her third child, a son who she named Bear and eventually birthed in December.
Roth told People magazine during a press junket that Winslet was determined to be hands on during the filming process.
Before director Neil Burger eventually put a stop to it, Winslet did all he stunts, Roth shared.
“She did a couple,” said Roth, who started penning her best selling sci-fi series while still in college. “She’s you know, very careful about it, and then finally Neil Burger was like, ‘Okay I’m too nervous – you can’t do this anymore.’ She was like, you know, taking-charge lady – she powers through. It’s really impressive.”
Burger confirmed it in separate interviews he gave People.
“We had to refit all of her wardrobe, but then there is a scene where she fights Shailene [Woodley] and she was like, you know, taking the falls and I’m like, ‘Stop, you’re pregnant.’ But she was still wanting to do it with as much action,” he said. “She’s a committed actress and she’s a committed mother, too. But she is just completely there, and you kind of just have to stop her.
“She really is, from my mind, the best actress of her generation, and… there’s a reason,” he added. “She’s a pro. She’s completely present.”
Winslet really went gung-Ho and actually headed right back to set after delivering her son with husband Ned Rocknroll last December.
“Coming back to set post-baby was a little bit like wheeling a cow into a straitjacket. I felt like an obscure and absurd marshmallow with udders!” she told Entertainment Weekly earlier this month. “It was actually OK. Once I got over the delight that my costumes still fit — apart from the boob area, which had to be relaxed by about a meter — it was all good.”
“And I felt alive and less foggy-brained than I had whilst we were shooting and I was pregnant. I felt as though my senses had come back to life.”
Wow! Great that she is determined but that was a wee bit dangerous and risky for baby.

Actress Teresa Palmer ice skates 9 months pregnant, 3 Extremely Pregnant Athletes (PHOTOS)

Look at this!

Warm Bodies star Teresa Palmer posted a photo of herself on her Instagram account this past Saturday, January 5 showing off her ice skating moves….at 9 months pregnant!
“Preggo-on-ice!! #Ninemonths @likemark,” Palmer wrote in the caption to the photo.
Wowza! Talk about putting your baby in danger.  At that far along, your center of gravity it off balance and you are less able to control your movement while walking, let along on ice skates.  Let’s not forget to mention the fact that another skater could bump into you while on the ice and cause you to fall ON her tummy and accidentally kill the baby.
Sheesh! I am going to assume she was not aware of the risk and she didn’t think that the list of things you shouldn’t be doing in your trimester included ice skating, but yeah.  This was an uncool move here, Ms. Palmer.
I suppose the Australian actress wanted to join the long line of women recently who caught a lot of attention for engaging in athletic activities at 9 months pregnant like:

TOP ATHLEISURE BRANDS TO SHOP OTHER THAN LULULEMON

This Year, athleisure and loungewear will be big but there are other options to Lululemon

It’s official. With rising cases of the novel coronavirus, a lot of us will not be going anywhere this Winter to stay safe. In fact, everyone may be holed up at home.

The new normal for the season

As a consequence of the ongoing pandemic, a lot of restaurants, entertainment and other activities have been canceled, postponed or suspended. This shift will leave little opportunity for people to dress up. Alternatively, this opens up a market for the leisure wear industry.

Therefore, people will be trading in their club wear for sweats. If you’re considering getting clothing for a significant other, sister, teacher, nanny or sitter, friend or any other woman on your holiday shopping list this year, I’ve got the run down on the top brands in this sector of the fashion industry.

Lululemon isn’t the only game in town

Arguably, Lululemon is the most well known brand of athleisure, yoga and lounge wear but it is quite costly. It has a problematic history but still remains the go-to source.

But there are other options. Here are afew

ADAY adopts a ‘less-is-more’ approach and a design ethos based on seasonless pieces and sustainability to offer everyday, athleisure-inspired clothes that are both performance-driven and stylish.

Every ADAY piece of clothing features novel technical material properties (sweat-wicking, quick-drying, UV- and chlorine-protected and wrinkle-free).

Alala is a super trendy New York City-inspired luxury activewear brand.

The Ivory Lane Collective, or IVL Collective for short, is fastly becoming a leader in women’s athleisure wear. Their activewear collection includes everything from cute leggings to tanks, tees, and jackets.

Nike One of the most successful and recognisable sportswear brands in the world, Nike offers everything from quality shorts and t-shirts to shoes and socks that are both fashionable and functional. The brand also sells a lot of high-quality gym gear for your home..

Athleta (by Gap) The Gap-owned fitness brand Athleta offers stylish athleisure wear for women and girls for a variety of activities including yoga, running, swimming, and hiking.

Fabletics Kate Hudson’s fitness fashion brand Fabletics features a collection of comfortable workout and athleisure clothing. This American retailer sells sportswear, footwear and accessories.

40 BEST GIFTS FOR 13-YEAR-OLD BOYS AND GIRLS IN 2021

We are here to help with gift ideas for 13 year old girls and boy

If you ask the average 13-year-old how successful their parents are at gift-giving, they’ll likely tell you it’s a struggle. A six-pack of sensible new socks? Boo! A pair of reversible slacks? No, thank you! School shoes? Skip!

When you’re an adult shopping the teens, the bridge between fun and functional can get tricky. Teens like practicality, but they don’t want it as a gift.

A jet ski sounded awesome when she was 13, whereas new flooring was the dud prize. (Though now as an adult, we flummoxed to where to put a jet ski and overjoyed by the thought of new flooring.)

While no one should rush to buy a jet ski for a 13-year-old, you get the gist. Do your best to put yourself in your teen’s gum-stuck shoes and you should be just fine! If you need some help getting started thinking like a 13-year-old, here are some thought starters.
