A+ for Vogue Brasil’s Breastfeeding September Cover

Kudos for Vogue Brasil for putting model Carol Trentini breastfeeding her newborn Benoah on its cover. It’s another step forward for normalizing breastfeeding which often time is shunned by society.

There is a large faction of the population that believe women should only nurse their babies in corners, their home and covered up and way from public consumption. As if, there is any offense to the abundance of cleavage that spills over tops on many women daily and in media images. Therefore, each time influential figures and publications can do their part to show new moms doing what’s natural in nourishing their offsprings, we’re all for it

In other photos in the spread, Trentni is seen with her 3-year old Bento being a multi-tasking mom of two!

Whoa! Mom-to-Be Joseline Hernandez in Sheer at Hip Hop Squares Taping

Mom-to-be Joseline Hernandez is among several of our Bellyitch Bumpwatch alums who are featured in the upcoming VH1 show Hip Hop Squares. It is an updated and musical take on the old game show Hollywood Squares which featured celebrities inside a massive tic -tac-toe game. Game show contestants get an X or O (depending on their side) if the celeb answers a question correctly and they agree. If the celeb answers incorrectly and the contestant disagrees with the celeb’s answers, the contestant still gets credit for the square.

This reboot version has had among guests: Christina Milian, Kelis, and Mel B. It looks fun

And, sidebar: America’s Got Talent judge Mel B had her last kid in 2011 and since then, she’s gone back to her hard rock gym body. Kelis, like Teyana Taylor, welcomed their babies in December 2015 and also looks like she has slimmed down tremendously.

Now Instagram Stalking…. The Beautiful Tika Sumpter

Now stalking…. Tika Sumpter, actress, producer and star of the Sundance film Southside with You which took home $3 Million over its debut weekend, after costing just $1.3M to make and being in only 813 theaters across the country.

Sumpter, who played then Michelle Robinson and future First Lady Mrs. Obama, is a natural and has gotten great reviews. The first time mom-to-be also has been active on social media sharing insights into her maternity looks and behind-the-scenes look at her film promo rounds.

Sumpter looks to be about 6-7 months along and has never publicly announced who the father is to her child. She is very private. So…we’re just going to share what we loved best while scoping her Instagram account:

Vanessa and Nick Lachey Announced 3rd Pregnancy in Most Adorable Way

Vanessa and Nick Lachey announced that they are expecting their third child in the cutest Instagram photo. The couple recently purchased the Encino home of the late Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera and posted a photos of themselves with moving boxes in front of the door.

“We got a new crib!’ it was written on the snapshot. ‘Now we need a new crib!’ Nick captioned an adorable photo of the family with Vanessa seen holding her bump, which looks to be about 5 months along.

They couple paid $4.15 million for the 7-bedroom 9-bathroom custom-built brick English-style mansion featuring a nice a nice foyer, marble staircase, wrought iron railings, cathedral ceilings, marble floors, crown molding, Venetian plaster and antiqued trim and casings.

Beautiful!

Biz woman and Growing Up Hip Hop reality TV star Angela Simmons had a fab baby shower at Sugar Factory in New York city on Friday, September 2.

E! News captured exclusive photos of the event was planned by Danielle Rothweiler of Rothweiler Event Design.

First, I am loving the designer and blogger’s stunning black, bump hugging sheer cut out dress she got from stStudio

Given that she has revealed that she was expecting a baby boy, the various hues of blue were expected along with silver ribbons and cute centerpieces accented with hydrangeas from Diva Blooms.

According to E, “the simple yet classy affair included friends and family members, who were all up and mingling with one another. When they weren’t catching up with the pregnant star, taking selfies, or making use of the Tap Snap and DJ Zapp photo booth, the attendees enjoyed a feast of food.”

“Today was filled so much love … Friends and family !!! Wow thank you everyone who came today:) thank you @sugarfactory for hosting us,” she penned about the event on her Instagram social media page promising a timeline flood of more pics from the event.

Guests noshed on fried shrimp, fries, wings, vegetable and dip, chicken fingers, as well as macaroni and cheese balls. They also enjoyed Sugar Factory’s signature cocktails and desserts.

Sweet Grace Cake Designs made a beautiful cake. Other desserts petit cakes, candy and pastries.

Although the Pastry shoes co-founder has never shared who her fiance is, reports indicate that he may be Atlanta native Sutton Tennyson who she was spotted out and about with, though he has never commented or confirmed the rumors. We’ll update this post when the flood starts! lol

Dang! So…we were impressed when we discovered that a then-8-week old newborn, Kandi Burruss‘ son Ace Wells Tucker, had his own Instagram account with over 100K followers.

Then, we recently learned that there is a new crop of celebrity babies who have upped the social media fame game and actually have their very own verified IG pages! Wowza!

Singer and Dancer Teyana Taylor and NBA player Imani Shumpert daughter Iman Tayla Shumpert Jr. has a verified IG page which boasts 43,000 followers.

We Love These Local News Anchors’ Reaction to Declaration of Kate Middleton’s Perfect Nose (VIDEO)

What happened after local news broadcasters discussed a UK plastic surgeon’s determination that Kate Middleton had the perfect face is priceless.

FOX 5 DC’s Maureen Umeh and Wisdom Martin made THE best shady of faces and side eyes during a segment discussing British surgeon Dr. Julian De Silva‘s estimation of the most popular body features that his clients request.

De Silva ranked the top requests and during the discussion of the part of the article (featured this week on DailyMail.com) about the perfect nose, Middleton’s, Umeh and Martin just couldn’t keep their thoughts to themselves.

But they did but not share their feelings in words…. but instead the most hilarious gestures! Check it out.

De Silva works at the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery and said for the last 10 years, he’s been logging the features that women ask for most. The most popular features, according to De Silva:

Eyes: Keira Knightly
Eyebrows: Jennifer Lopez
Lips: Penelope Cruz
Cheeks: Angelina Jolie

We can only guess that the reaction is over the absence of features common among people of African descent of which Umeh and Wisdom clearly are also. I believe Umeh has direct African heritage. The two of them are part of my family’s favorite local morning show here in DC.

Molly Sims is Having a Not -So-Easy Third Pregnancy

Former model Molly Sims has been having a textbook pregnancy so far but it hasn’t been easy. She had loads of morning sickness early on, craved chocolate like crazy and struggles with balancing two kids while pregnant with a third.

The TV host and blogger shared these insights with PEOPLE magazine recently.

She also opened up about how her advanced maternal age had her and hubby Scott Stuber a bit nervous.

“Being 43 … we wanted to tell everyone, but we were super nervous about, you know, the testing … so it’s just been really, really stressful, but everything so far is on track,” she told PEOPLE magazine.

“I’m not gonna show you guys yet, but there might be a little bit of an ultrasound in here,” she sing-songs, holding up a strip of sonogram photos briefly before taking them out of view. “But we’ll get to that — that’s a surprise. You’ll have to keep watching.”

We think it’s a boy!

Sims is mom to 4-year old Brooks and 14-month old Scarlett.

Sims said she had almost gotten her pre-pregnancy body back when she found out she was expecting again. Doh!

Jessica Biel Hosted a $30K per Ticket Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton

When our Bellytich Bumpwatch alum, actress and restaurateur Jessica Biel isn’t throwing a big bash for kids and parents, she and her husband Justin Timberlake are hosting $30,000 a ticket Hillary Clinton fundraiser luncheons in their Hollywood Hills home, attended by the likes of Shonda Rhimes, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Aniston and Tobey McGuire.

We know about the late August event because guests of these types of events can’t help but share pics from the insights. There was one of Timberlake and Biel speaking to guests and another of Aniston posing for a selfie with Clinton and Maguire’s wife, Jennifer Meyer.

Clinton was in California for a series of starry fundraisers in Los Angeles, Laguna Beach and Silicon Valley.

She started the trip off taping a segment with Jimmy Kimmel Live then headed over to a fundraiser for 500 at the Beverly Hills home of ex-NBA icon Magic Johnson and his wife Cookie. The Democratic Presidential candidate then headed over to Palo Alto for two events: one hosted by Apple CEO Tim Cook, according to the Mercury News in San Jose.

Blac Chyna x Paper Mag Nude Celeb Maternity Cover

Blac Chyna, aka the future Angela Kardashian, has joined the other Kardashian women in the nude pregnancy game.

The model turned fiancé of Rob Kardashian is featured on the cover of the September issue of the magazine.

Recall that this is the same mag that published the famous nude Kim “Breaking the Internet” cover.

Chyna’s future sis-in-law Kourtney Kardashian was featured naked and pregnant on the cover of Du Jour magazine a few years back.

That was around the time in 2014 that Kourt posted a side-by-side Instagram photo of her nude maternity self portrait along with one her mom Kris Jenner took over decade ago while expecting.

Kim Kardashian-West didn’t do an off so nude mag cover but she did attempt to silence haters who accused her of carrying on a surrogate pregnancy. She posted an infamous silhouette image on the gram.

It’s A Kardashian Family Tradition.
