“For people that don’t know what it is, it’s basically extreme nausea, vomiting and dehydration, and [I’m] really, really tired,” Rose told her social media at the time. “I can eat a little bit more now because I’m in my second trimester, but not much, and I pretty much sleep all day.”

She added: “I try to, like, be cute and get my hair done, and then I just slept in it and messed it up. All in all, babies are a blessing. God bless women, man. We are resilient. We get through it. It’s really, really hard being pregnant. I’m not gonna lie.

“To all the women out there who just pop out babies like it’s nothing, God bless you guys because oh, my God, it’s a lot,” the model went on to say. “I want to be out. I want to be cute. I want to show off my belly. I can’t get off this couch. I’m just tired and want to barf all day. It’s just not fun. But it’s totally worth it. Totally, totally worth it. “

Duchess Kate suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum when she was pregnant with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Other celebrity moms, including Amy Schumer, and Kelly Clarkson have opened up about similar experiences.

Yay! Amy Schumer Gave Birth to Her Own Royal Baby Boy

Overshadowed by the birth of the Royal Baby, Comedian Amy Schumer gave birth to her first born child, a son she and hubby Chris, named Gene Attell Fischer.

“10.55pm last night. Our royal baby was born,” the actress wrote Monday on Instagram, sharing a postpartum photo of herself, husband Chris Fischer and their new baby boy.

Congrats!

Amy Schumer Checks In Hospital for Extreme Morning Sickness

Add comedienne Amy Schumer to the list of women who have had to be hospitalized for severe morning sickness.

The comedic actor was set to perform her standup routine in Dallas, Texas on Thursday but instead checked into the hospital. The comedian has experienced extreme nausea in her pregnancy and now has been diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidarum, an acute morning sickness.

“I am in the hospital. I’m fine,” the I Feel Pretty star captioned a photo of herself in a hospital bed. ” Baby’s fine but everyone who says the 2nd trimester is better is not telling the full story. I’ve been even more ill this trimester.”

Good to know. This is Schumer’s first child with her husband of about 10 months chef Chris Fischer.

It’s Baby 3 for Duchess Kate and Prince William

It’s baby number 3 for Princess Kate and Prince William!

Kensington Palace confirmed today that the royal family are expecting a third child.

“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Cambridge is expecting their third child,” a statement from Kensington Palace, released Monday morning, said.

The former Kate Middleton is not yet three months along but is experiencing the same extreme morning sickness as she experienced when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte and therefore would have to skip out on making appearances, hence the decision to come out with the news earlier than normal.

“As with her previous two pregnancies, The Duchess is suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum. Her Royal Highness will no longer carry out her planned engagement at the Hornsey Road Children’s Centre in London today,” the statement said. “The Duchess is being cared for at Kensington Palace.”

The royals are already parents to 4-year-old Prince George and 2-year-old Princess Charlotte.

FDA Shuts Down Kim Kardashian’s Morning Sickness Instagram Ad

The US Federal Trade Commission has long regulated commercial content and advertisement in mass media and,  in recent years, social media and blogs.

Recently, the Food and Drug Administration has been forced to jump into the regulation of social media business thanks to second time mom-to-be Kim Kardashian.

The reality TV star Instagrammed a “commercial” for Diclegis, a morning sickness medicine without disclosing all of the side effects, even though she did indicate she was paid.

With 43.5 million followers on that social media platform alone, the Keeping up With the Kardashian reality TV star had the ear of millions of women, many who had “liked” the post.

With only a small square of space to work with and a comment section, Kardashian did not have room (or forgot) to mention some of the required side effect disclosures of the drug like increased drowsiness and effect from interactions with alcohol, excitement, irritability and sedation in infants who breastfeed from women taking the drug and most importantly that the drug had never been tested for use with hyperemesis gravidarum, the most severe form of morning sickness.

Faced with “FDA regulatory action, including seizure or injunction, without further notice,” Kardashian has since deleted the post, though not before it gained 434,000 likes, endadget reported.

Another member of The Saturdays, Frankie Bridge is expecting

Our social media manager Chelsea Social reminded me that another member of the UK girl band The Saturdays is expecting: Franchesca Sandford Bridge and her husband Wayne Bridge will welcome their second child later this year.

(Although we don’t generally “cover” Brit celebs as much, we previously “bump watched” her bandmate Rochelle Humes, partially because I thought Humes was half Sierra Leonean and I was born there. She has since reported that she has Jamaican roots but was born in Essex, and blames Wikipedia for the spread of misinformation.)

I think Frankie B is so beautiful and I love love her short thick hair.

The gorgeous Strictly Come Dancing (the original Brit version of US spinoff Dancing with the Stars) finalist announced the pregnancy on her Twitter page back in January and later shared the most adorable Instagram bump progression photo (above) at 5 months preggers.

Poor second time mama-to-be had it tough in her early months, suffering from  hyperemesis gravidarum, the same extreme morning sickness condition that Kate Middleton had for both er pregnancies.

The condition may have something to do with why the 6-month pregnant singer is so tiny this pregnancy.
The Bridges and Afro-Brazilian Soccer (Football) legend Pele

I thought she looked super gorge for her last pregnancy even though she took a lot of ribbing for gaining healthy baby weight, UK LifestyleYahoo!  reported.

She has a healthy attitude about weight gain during pregnancy nonetheless and isn’t giving in to online bullies.

“Everyone expects you to stay a size six or eight during pregnancy and then go back to normal afterwards – but that’s not realistic,”she told Closer magazine.

“People are too quick to judge. I couldn’t care less if I put on 4st with this one, you just deal with it each time. If I didn’t have hyperemesis gravidarum, I wouldn’t feel the need to eat carbs every day, but I have to otherwise I feel sick.”

Good Show!
