A judge today overturned a 4-game suspension that the NFL had levied on New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who is the doting hubby to one of our Bellyitch Bumpwatch alums.
The judge ruled in the “deflategate” case that the league failed to follow certain procedural rules.
The court also said the NFL’s president Rodger Goodell did not give Brady access to the file with the evidence the organization used to make its decision to suspend him based on allegations that he was in on a scheme to reduce the air in team footballs to give Brady and Patriots players a competitive edge during games.
The Patriots won the 2015 Super Bowl.
So now statuesque and leggy Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen‘s hubby can play when the season starts in a few weeks.
