Amber Rose Shares Her Extreme Morning Sickness Story

Media personality Amber Rose is the latest pregnant celebrity to reveal that she suffers from fom hyperemesis gravidarum, or extreme morning sickness.

The pregnancy complication is characterized by severe nausea and dehydration, with mild cases treated with dietary changes and rest, and more severe versions requiring hospitalization and IV-infused nutrition and hydration.

The SlutWalk founder told her Instagram followers in a May 2019 series of short videos that she experienced it with her pregnancy with son Sebastion, who she shares with ex-fiance Wiz Khalifa.

“For people that don’t know what it is, it’s basically extreme nausea, vomiting and dehydration, and [I’m] really, really tired,” Rose told her social media at the time. “I can eat a little bit more now because I’m in my second trimester, but not much, and I pretty much sleep all day.”

She added: “I try to, like, be cute and get my hair done, and then I just slept in it and messed it up. All in all, babies are a blessing. God bless women, man. We are resilient. We get through it. It’s really, really hard being pregnant. I’m not gonna lie.

“To all the women out there who just pop out babies like it’s nothing, God bless you guys because oh, my God, it’s a lot,” the model went on to say. “I want to be out. I want to be cute. I want to show off my belly. I can’t get off this couch. I’m just tired and want to barf all day. It’s just not fun. But it’s totally worth it. Totally, totally worth it. “

Duchess Kate suffered from hyperemesis gravidarum when she was pregnant with Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. Other celebrity moms, including Amy Schumer, and Kelly Clarkson have opened up about similar experiences.

Pippa Middleton Welcomes First Child, a Son

We have a new British royal on the way in Meghan Markle and more good news as a Royal in-law just joined the world with the birth of Pippa Middleton‘s son with hubby James Matthews on Monday.

The younger sister to the Duchess of Cambridge, nee Kate Middleton, gave birth to a baby boy on Monday, October 15th at precisely 1:58 p.m. weighing in at 8lb and 9oz.

Media reports that Middleton and baby are said to be “doing well” following his arrival. He joins his Royal cousins Prince George, Princess Charlotte and 6-month old Prince Louis.

He came into the world at the same hospital where his auntie Kate gave birth to all three of her children.

While he won’t be rolling into Kensington Palace, the poor chap will have to settle for his family’s $22 million five-story townhome located in the chic neighborhood of Chelsea.

The Kensington Palace released a statement on behalf of the Duchess and Prince William on the arrival of Pippa’s and James baby. The statement read, “The Duke and Duchess are thrilled for Pippa and James.” Celebrity Baby Scoop reports that Kate didn’t got visit the baby in the hospital because of the paparazzi, something this kid may be spared…or not! ha!

Princess Charlotte and Prince George Are Bilingual Thanks To Their Spanish Nanny

Princess Charlotte started her first day of nursery school last week and she charmed the pants off of audiences that peeped the adorable photos her mom Duchess Catherine took of her the morning of.

The photos were taken right before she made the 5 minute walk to Willcocks Nursery School from the Cambridge’s London home. William and Kate released a statement along with the photos. Big brother Prince George started primary school at Thomas’s Battersea in September, a £20K-a-year family-run establishment situated in an old grammar school in Wandsworth.

Apparently, the young princess, like her brother, already speaks two languages, so she will be ahead of the other students who attend for the price of £3,000 per school term.

According to the Metro UK, Princess Charlotte has been practicing with her Palencia-born nanny, Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo. A source is reported to have told People magazine the young Princess has learned several Spanish phrases and is ‘very sweet and very confident — she’s always chatting away’. The source also described her as ‘so polite, but also fun and energetic,’ adding, ‘She has beautiful manners.’

Charlotte was styling as well in the first day of school photo in a double-breasted burgundy Razorbill style coat by Amaia Kids, Mary Janed with hard sole in maroon by Spanish designers Doña Carmen, and a soft cashmere scarf by Marie Chantel which offers a collection of luxury children’s merchandise. It was founded by Princess Marie-Chantal, wife of Crown Prince Pavlos, the eldest son of King Constantine II of Greece.

You Won’t Believe What Kate Middleton is Being Criticized For Doing to Her Family

The former Kate Middleton is known for being a style icon, a down-to-earth Royal and a positive and influential example of modern motherhood. For example, she bans her children from playing with tech devices and urges them to play with real life toys, not digital ones.

But, she is also criticized often in the British and Aussi press for a lot of random stuff we find ridiculous.

For example, one Royal watcher said Catherine, the Duchess of Cambridge has taken the “magic” out of royalty . Um… exsqueeze me?! It was the claimant’s back handed compliment way of saying that she has managed to relay relatively normal life and as a result, she is more relateable, albeit seemingly because she is a commoner, approachable and has removed the mystique from what it meant to be a royal. Errr. Okay. Sure, dude.

Another post by an Australian website went after her for color-coordinating her family’s outfits when they go out, knowing they will be photographed.

*gasp*

I mean how dare she try to portray a pleasant aesthetic! The horror!

Personally, we like the coordinated outfits!

While visiting the Poland and Germany this Summer, Kate kept it neutral, arriving at the airport tarmac in a white Alexander McQueen Double-breasted wool and silk-blend peplum coat and her fave pair of nude Gianvito Rossi pumps, Princess Charlotte matched in a red and white floral dress with red Mary Janes and Prince George in a plaid shirt with complementary colors.

Landing in Berlin with her family in a blue Catherine Walker coat dress, again with her nude Gianvito Rossi pumps and accented with Kiki McDonough jewels.

How adorable is this floral Erdem dress paired with these nude Stuart Weitzman strappy heels that has a hint of gray in it to match with William’s grey tie with white polka dots?

Prince George Turns 3-year Old Today

I usually try to avoid stalking celebrities’ children, but if you follow this blog, you know I have an affinity for Prince George. He is a cutie pie and he shares a name as the beloved county that I reside in down in suburban Maryland, outside of Washington, DC.

He turns 3-years old today. In honor of the occasion, Kensington Palace released a series of portraits of the eldest child of Prince William and Duchess Catherine.

“Can’t believe it’s been three years already!” Kensington Palace tweeted. The Palace also released a statement on behalf of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. “The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share four new photographs of Prince George to mark his third birthday. They were taken by photographer Matt Porteous at their home in Norfolk in mid-July. The Duke and Duchess hope that people will enjoy seeing these new photographs. They would like to thank everyone for all the lovely messages they have received as Prince George celebrates his third birthday.”

All three photos were taken at his family’s country home called Amner Hall. One features the tiny prince on a swing that was a gift to the royal family. It bears his mom and dad’s name on it. Another photo shows him feeding what looks like is an ice cream cone to the family dog and a final one has him in a different conservative outfit, a striped sweater, tan shorts and navy blue sneakers.

Folks Think The latest Royal Family Photo Was Photoshopped; HOGWASH, we say

Some in social media are claiming that Kensington Palace‘s newly released photo of the Royal Family was photoshopped.

They point to Charlotte and claim that the areas around her shoulder are fuzzy but her face is clear. Others claim that because she is wearing the same dress as in the last photo the Palace released in November that she was perhaps inserted into the photo instead of being naturally in that one. The thinking is that the Royals didn’t want a fussy infant to mess up their otherwise “perfect” photo.

Hogwash!

First, it is possible the recently released photo was taken on the same day and during the same photo session as the one released earlier.

Second, Charlotte is wearing what looks like a fuzzy angora sweater perhaps, which would clearly explain why it looks blurry in the photo.

Finally, the photo is NOT perfect. Charlotte’s shoe is missing because it has fallen off and is on the grass. Prince William is not even looking at the camera but at his son, perhaps in a moment of telling to not run off, or something. William looks to have forgotten to put on his wedding ring. Kate’s hair is a bit windswept and out of place.

Kensington Palace basically laughed at the rumors and Buzzfeed‘s request for comment, though they had no official comment, just laughed their heads off.

Photo & Video Replay of Princess Charlotte’s Historic Christening

Two months after her May 2nd birthday, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana made her first public appearance this past Sunday, July 5. She wore the same Christening gown that her brother Prince George wore to his Baptism in 2013.

And it was also the same gown their dad wore to his ceremony as a baby which was a replica of the gown Queen Victoria‘s daughter wore in 1841.

Charolette got pushed to the St. Mary Magdalene Church, a 16th-century chapel near the Queen’s estate in Sandringham, Norfolk. It’s the same Church where her late Grandmom Princess Diana was christened in 1961.

Charlotte’s ride itself, a Millson pram, is an antique family heirloom once owned by Queen Elizabeth, and once used for the Duke of York and Earl of Wessez.

The church was minutes from her family’s home so they walked — a first for the Royal family.

At one point, Kate even had to push the pram up a muddy hill in her heels.

About 3,500 onlookers were allowed to come watch the rainy stroll to the private ceremony which lasted about 45 minutes.

And in another break form tradition, Catherine nee Kate Middleton and Prince William asked that onlookers be allowed to take photos.

Normally, photos are not allowed except during Christmas. Good for the most watched modern Royals! Charlotte’s mom was decked in a pristine fit and flare off white Alexander McQueen dress, nude Russell & Bromley pumps, accented with a diamond ‘Empress’ necklace from jewelers Mappin and Webb, and a fancy matching church hat from by Jane Taylor Millinery, the same place Charlotte’s aunt Pipa Middleton wore with her white Emilia Wickstead coat dress.

Prince George wore a Rachel Riley shorts and top Smocked set that the UK Telegraph pointed out looked similar to the outfit William wore when he want to meet his brother Harry. Nice observation!

The official photos taken by Mario Testino were recently released.

The group photo featured Queen Elizabeth II, husband Prince Philip, Prince Charles, wife Camilla Parker Bowles and the Middleton family. Also there were Charlotte’s five godparents including the Honorable Laura Fellowes, Adam Middleton, James Meade, Sophie Carter and Thomas van Straubenzee.

Uncle Prince Harry was away in Africa during a charity trip.

Kate Middleton’s second-pregnancy due date revealed

We have official confirmation on the Duchess of Cambridge‘s due date for giving birth to her second child from the former Kate Middleton herself.

She told volunteers at a recent event at the Brookhill Children’s Center in Woolwich that she is expecting to deliver in mid April, E!Online reports.

In fact, the striking mom-to-be royal has been seen out and about attending various tours and charity events for the latter part of her pregnancy.

Most recently, she was seen attending the St. Patrick’s Day event at Mons Barracks in another one of her signature statement coats.

This round she wore a tailored Catherine Walker coat which she paired with brown Lock & Company “Betty Boop” suede heels and accented with a shamrock pin for the occasion.

When a spectator remarked how trim she looked for being 8-months pregnant, Middleton replied that she sometimes “forgets she’s pregnant.” wow.

The new baby will join 19-month old Prince George whose dad is Prince William.

Second Pregnancy Fizzle: Designers are ‘over’ Kate Middleton’s Maternity style

Like a second child, a second pregnancy also gets less attention and fan fare. This is even true in the case of celebrity pregnancies. Take Kate Middleton, for example. Shortly, after Buckingham Palace announced her second pregnancy last September, a survey said fans and followers were “over” her and all the hype that surrounded the Duchess especially during her first pregnancy. She had dropped in favorability ranking.

When she was expecting Prince George, now 1-year old, there were endless articles, blog posts and even a war of fans between hers and Kim Kardashian’s. The two women were expecting around the same time in 2013.

We too realized eventually that we weren’t going to see Middleton get too bold and daring with the fashion given the restrictions of being a royal. It’s a pretty conservative gig being a Duchess.

We’re not the only one either who noticed it. English fashion designer Zandra Rhodes reportedly said he hasn’t been following Catherine Duchess of Cambridge’s maternity style on account of being too busy. *Gasp*

Duchess Cate’s due date is coming up soon and it’s certainly been less attention paid to the entire pregnancy compared to the past. We have seen her switch it up a bit and give her props for playing with more color, pastels, patterns and repeating outfits and setting a good eco-example!

Kate Middleton’s due date revealed

Kensington Palace today announced the due date of Kate Middleton: Let the countdown begin.“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in April 2015,” this morning’s statement from the royal office read. April will be a busy month. The couple will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary on April 29 and Queen Elizabeth will turn 89 next April 21.The couple’s son, Prince George, born July 22, 2013 and will be 21 months old by then. The palace statement continued: “The Duchess of Cambridge continues to be affected by Hyperemesis Gravidarum, but her condition is steadily improving.”
