Just in time for Easter, the movie about the bunny who wanted to be a rock star, HOP, will be released this in DVD and Blu-Ray on March 23rd!

If you don’t remember the movie, which was created by the same folks who brought you Despicable Me when it was a full feature film, it chronicles the adventures of teen bunny, E.B. (voiced by Russell Brand) as he heads out for Hollywood in pursuit of his dream of becoming a rocker drummer and along the way meets an out-of-work slacker, Fred.  Together, through the pair’s mishaps and misadventures, they learn about the importance and value of family.

The movie is being sold in a combo pack which includes a mini movie, extra dance scenes, games, deleted scenes, commentary and bonus content.

The DVD and Blu-Ray will be sold at various stores which are each offering special combos.  Best Buy is giving away a free plush  7” Bunny Minion with each HOP Blu-ray Combo Pack.  You’ll get A free wearable bunny ears & a printable Easter party kit when you buy a Blu-ray Combo Pack from Target. And those who pre-order from Wal-Mart, get a free download of the original soundtrack.
