Fitness expert Tracy Anderson has been busy helping new mom Kim Kardashian slowly return to her pre-pregnancy shape. In this short video clip below, the celebrity fitness instructor gives advice for what she will be doing with Kim after she gets her 6-week clearance from her doctor.
“Your hips are just expanded and everything is out of alignment,” Anderson, who had a baby herself a year ago, told ExtraTV about new moms. “You just gave your body to bringing another human being into the world.”
She talks about how breastfeeding’s role is “nature’s way of pulling it back together” but is not going to do all the work.
