Is This 15yo YouTube Star Trolling Her Fans with Her Pregnancy Announcement?

Ok, I’ll bite.

Is it real or a publicity stunt?

A popular 15-year old YouTuber and aspiring singer has released posts in social media suggesting that she and her teen boyfriend are expecting their first child together.

It started when Danielle Cohen, who has 1.4M subscribers on the popular video social platform, tweeted a date on April 11, “8/14/19” which her boyfriend 17-year old actor and model Mikey Tua also tweeted on his account with the hashtag #manibaby, but adding the words “Expecting.”

Naturally, a YouTube video of the shotgun wedding in Vegas followed.

And a photo on Instagram with him kissing her bump 5 days ago, as of this post.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BwIPq67hvwy/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=1syvg6my32n5i

But… The Little Chapel in Las Vegas is known for offering fake weddings including photos for about $200 and on Tik Tok, she captioned those photos fake wedding photos.

It could and most likely is a big publicity stunt to announce something…. and it’s not a real baby.

Time will tell.

Tatyana Ali is Expecting Baby #2

Congrats to actress Tatyana Ali and her husband

Dr. Vaughn Rasberry who are expecting their second child.

The 40-year old best known for her role as Ashley Banks of the popular 90s sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air announced the news on Instagram

“I was on a work trip recently and I thought it was about time I captured my baby bump. We’re so excited!” Ali captioned the photo of her cradling her bump.

She added: “They say every pregnancy is different and they ain’t lying. Phew! I’m exhausted this go round, swirling with emotion and starving, like constantly. Feeling very blessed. #BabyRasberry,” she added.

Ali and Rasberry are parents to 2½-year-old son Edward Aszard. The couple met on eHarmony about 2 years before marrying.

‘Shah’s of Sunset’ MJ Javid Silences Her ‘Fake Pregnancy’ Trolls

Several celebs have been trolled by people on the internet who are convinced they are not really pregnant but faking it while a surrogate really carries their child. Beyonce, Danielle Jonas, Meghan Markle and Kenya Moore have had to dodge fake pregnancy rumors during and after delivery.

Bravo TV star of Shahs of Sunset Mercedes “MJ” Javid is the latest.

The 46-year old is pregnant with her first child, a son, after undergoing in vitro fertilization.

The real estate biz owner has been on bedrest for the most part of her later stages of pregnancy following a few complications but despite giving fans glimpses of her baby bump on her Instagram page, she is still routinely harassed by many to show a mirror selfie of it while standing up.

The maternity shoot which is featured exclusively in PEOPLE magazine today should do the trick to get them off her back, according to a recent post.

“Thank you @people for such beautiful coverage of our baby journey thus far,” she captioned a photo from the shoot which featured multiple images of her in lingerie, and with her belly bare and clearly visible. “As I continue to share my experience with families with whom I share this life goal, I hope my experience provides support, hope and positive thinking for others.”

She continued: “Today, I am grateful to my husband and family for the incredible support I’ve received in getting us this far. I know we have so much more ahead. I am blessed to work with incredible photographer, @shannonlaurine and my glam squad, @brandonliberati and @makeupbymarine all of which together we celebrate the female form during this incredible God given opportunity ? #bumpalert

She addressed the body shaming and fake pregnancy accusations in the magazine.

“A lot of people on social [media] have already come at me for faking my pregnancy,” she says, saying for example, “My face doesn’t look pregnant, my nose doesn’t look swollen, my bump isn’t big enough, I am using a surrogate, I am making this up for attention.”

But she’s staying strong.

“I don’t mind the shaming, I just think it’s very odd that so many people would think a woman would make a choice to lie about something so important,” she explained. “I think if I get mom shamed, I’m not going to care … if anyone wants to mom shame or bully someone in general, they should bully me because I won’t be affected.”

You’d think that would be the end of it. Nope!

The photo garnered a lot of attention but did not stop folks in the comment section a.k.a. the peanut gallery from criticizing the photo edits, and some still said it wasn’t her real belly.

So..she felt the need to follow up with a non-glam bump photo for the haters.

“And a no filter, no make up, no suntan, at home baby bump selfie, to shut down all the haters who have a problem with a woman getting out of bed after 3 and a half months of bed rest to get a little hair and make up for her maternity photos. ?” she captioned a selfie photo in sweats at home.

She previously addressed the hounding on an Instagram Live, ask me anything session with fans.

” My due date is on May 11 and people are saying ‘Why aren’t I showing, why I aren’t I showing?’ I think that it’s a combination of two things: the first thing is that people don’t always show when they’re only 19 weeks, which is where I’m at. Number two: I’m not stick thin,” she said. “I think that from the side I’m definitely thicker and that I’m getting there, but I don’t think that people always show that early.”

You cannot please people so it’s better off not trying. I don’t know how celebs do it being constantly judged and picked apart.

Wait until that baby comes. She can see how folks are tearing into new moms like Chrissy Teigen, Kenya Moore, Gabrielle Union and now Porsha Williams to get a taste at the levels of unsolicited advice and shaming in store.

Oy! Good luck, MJ!

On RHOA’s Nene Leake’s Verbal Attacks of Pregnant Co-Stars

Writer Victoria Uwumarogie over at MadameNoire is calling out Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes for making derogatory comments about two co-star nemesis when they were pregnant.

She pointed out that during the finale episode of the show this past Sunday on BravoTV, former castmate Kenya Moore attended an event celebrating the launch of Housewife Cynthia Bailey‘s Seagram’s cooler while close to 9 months pregnant, at the time.

Leakes threw patronizing jabs to Moore who arrived in a bump hugging bodycon dress.

“Oh, my God. Doesn’t she look amazing?! She looks amazing, honey. That body is beat, honey,” commenting on Moore’s size during the end of her pregnancy.

“She’s going to have a buffalo, isn’t she?” Leakes added.

Moore replied on live-tweeted the finale and called out the comments:

I’m having a buffalo… I’m going into labor. I’m pregnant what’s her excuse… So nasty so rude. #RHOA

— KENYA MOORE (@KenyaMoore) April 1, 2019

Also, an episode or two prior this season, after an altercation in her home, Leakes allegedly called Williams a “lying a– big fat hungry b—h” and “big piggy with the busted shape,” over text, telling her she needed to try dieting to lose weight.

Finally, during part one of the show’s reunion episodes, she referred to still heavily pregnant Williams, as “so big over there,” and called her “blimps.”

Leakes previously apologized for wishing rape on a heckler during her stand up tour in 2017 and that same year viciously verbal attacking former co-star Kim Zolciack Biermann‘s daughter Brielle Biermann after the then 17-year old took snapchat video of water bugs while visiting Leakes’ home during an event.

Kylie Jenner and Cardi B Mom Shamed Over Nails

Kylie Jenner and Cardi B are queen of setting and staying on top of trends so of course the new moms are rocking the latest in ornate super long coffin cut nails.

However, that penchant for showing off their latest exquisitely designed hands is making them target for a new type of mommy shaming.

When the Kyie Lipkit mogul posted a recent photo of herself with daughter Stormi while showing off her gorgeous pink ombre nails, several fans replied criticizing the danger the nails could pose to a baby.

“Poor Stormi. I bet she has all over her tiny body bruises and scars from her mother’s witch nails,” one replied. “how do you look after her with those nails?”

These Celebs Who Pulled a Pregnancy April Fool’s Joke Pissed Off Their Fans

I guess they didn’t see my warning on Monday but Justin Bieber, Brandi Granville and Claudia Jordan are among celebrities who pulled the pregnancy April Fool’s Joke and had to apologize or pull it down.

Bieber made a series of short jokes that included an Instagram pic of a fake ultrasound photo of his new wife Hailey Baldwin with a pregnancy announcement of Hailey’s pregnancy later revealed to be merely an April Fools prank.

Fans of the star couple didn’t take the joke lightly, some citing Bieber’s insensitivity toward people who can’t get have children.

Today, he half-apologized with another Instagram post.

“There’s always gonna be people offended, there’s also people who don’t take jokes very well, I am a prankster and it was APRIL FOOLS,” he wrote. “I didn’t at all mean to be insensitive to people who can’t have children.”

“It’s like when I shoved cake in my little sisters face for her birthday expecting her to laugh but she cried,” the caption continued. “You sometimes just don’t know what will hurt someone’s feelings not to compare pregnancy with cake in the face but it’s just to paint the picture of not knowing what will offend.”

Granville, formerly of the Bravo TV franchise Real Housewives of Beverly Hills posted on Instagram, “5 weeks now third times a charm… and y’all thought all of my eggs were scrambled.”

The reaction was swift and she took down the post and later tweeted,“I deleted my April fools joke on IG BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE TO FUCKING SENSITIVE & I don’t feel like fighting today.”

Well they fought anyway.

One of her followers responded, “Not cool if  a AF joke. I lost two babies. Sorry, but could you not have been a little more original or creative.”

Another Twitter user commented, “I don’t understand if this is your idea of a joke!! I struggled to conceive and required IVF. If you have any common sense you would realize the struggles of many many women! Completely unacceptable even from you.”

Another person sent Brandi a picture with the text “don’t be an asshole.”

Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star and media personality Claudia Jordan got in on the fake pregnancy prank.

The 45-year old posted an image of herself on Instagram cradling a small bulge in her belly.

“It’s never too late for miracles…” she wrote with a heart and baby emoiji.

After she revealed it was a joke, few people accused her of being insensitive.

It’s never too late for miracles…❤️??

A post shared by Claudia Jordan (@claudiajordan) on

Critics in Jordan’s comments accused her of being insensitive to Hussle’s grieving fans, while others accused Jordan of being insensitive to women who’ve experienced infertility.

“Seriously though @claudiajordan perhaps a different Joke would have been better. A little insensitive you have to agree after reading the comments ALOT of women really cannot conceive and was genuinely happy for you,” wrote @knichelleburke69.

“So insensitive of you, some of us are struggling with infertility,” user bambulucutie replied.

Another user, kimenzie, responded:

“1 in 8 women suffer from fertility issues. I myself have had 5miscarriages and 2 still born babies. I struggle not only to conceive but birth a healthy child. To make a joke of it is not only insensitive but ignorant. This is the exact reason so many women suffer in silence. Pregnancy isn’t as easy as laying down and spreading your legs. Some of us put thousands into a pregnancy and it ends in a miscarriage. The mental abuse we do to ourselves for a child is insane. We want a child so bad that we become our own worse enemy. Somewhere at the moment you posted that a woman birthed another still born, found out there was no heartbeat, buried her child, pissed on a stick only for it to be negative again, was told the IUI failed, missed the ovulation window, was told she she’ll never carry a child of her own. Somewhere a persons entire world ended and here you are thinking it’s a joke. Congrats. Try learning about what women go through before joking about it. Sit with a woman that has suffered and still suffers from her miscarriage. Educate yourself. @claudiajordan

Lesson Learned!

Hopefully by now, news spread and people will learn to leave this joke alone. It might have gone unnoticed in the past but in this era, it’s a no no!

Lauren London’s Partner Nipsey Hussle Killed Shortly After Outing Their Longtime Romance

Sad news for one of our Bellyitch Bumpwatch alums, Lauren London. Her longtime boyfriend, Grammy-nominated rapper Nipsey Hussle (real name Ermias Asghedom) was tragically shot and killed outside his clothing store in the Los Angeles California Crenshaw neighborhood yesterday, March 31.

He was only 33 years old and is dad to London’s 2-year old son Kross. She has a 9-year old son named Kameron with rapper Lil Wayne.

Since the murder, several people and including many celebrities have shared their words of condolences and paid respects to Ashedom who started as a dealer to survive his rough neighborhood but eventually opened a co-working space, and planned to revitalize a local mall and community after gaining fame in the entertainment industry.

The shooting came a day before Hussle was scheduled to meet with LAPD Chief Michel Moore and Police Commissioner Steve Soboroff “to talk about ways he could help stop gang violence and help us help kids,” Soboroff said.

Police are looking for the suspects and have described at least one as someone in his circles, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The couple have kept their romance under raps for 6 years but last year opened up in a GQ magazine feature and a shooting of the magazine’s popular The Couples Quiz vid.

April Fool’s Day: Why You Shouldn’t Do the Fake Pregnancy Test Prank

Today is April 1, also known as April Fools’ Day, a day which traditionally involved people playing pranks on one another, dating back before the 1800s.

Jokesters have gotten bolder and more brazen with their tricks and a few have taken things too far, and so far that people have actually gotten hurt, physically, emotionally and mentally from jokes.

There are tons of harmless pranks to play: switching out salt with sugar at the coffee station, putting a whoopee cushion in someone’s chair, rapping on someone’s door and disappearing before they open it. Silly stuff like that, but there are others that should be avoided because they can be triggering.

One common prank is telling other people that you’re pregnant, or that your girlfriend/wife/friend is pregnant with your child.

That is not a good one to pull because it is insensitive to thousands, if not millions, of couples out there are are trying to actually get pregnant but cannot.

Briefly, they may be happy for your news, wish it was them, think about their own struggles, and possible losses, and go through a roller coaster of thoughts and emotions at their expense….only to learn later you were joking! Ugh!

It has been done before casually and aloofly without forethought to this very large group of people in the TTC (Trying to Conceive) community!

Carry on!
