After each of my three children, I undertook a rigorous exercise regimen and sometimes employed the help of personal trainers to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I succeeded each time. But as I got older and my metabolism slowed, the pounds packed back on to my current weight which is way above recommended for my height and frame.
Irrespective of the fact that I lead a very active lifestyle and routinely do cardio and weight training exercises during the week at an average of 3 to 5 days out of the week, I still can’t seem to shed the pounds.
I recognized after finishing a second round of the super intense Insanity workout DVD set without again moving the scale down that the answer is in my eating and eating alone.
That is why I was very excited about getting an offer and opportunity to join an amazing online 7-month weightloss course that focuses on eating and changing eating habits. Just in time.
The Eating For Abs course is taught by Bryndan Moore (Coach Be), a certified nutrition coach and foodie and Andre Fraser (Coach Dre), a successful graduate of the course, business owner, dad and foodie turned coach.

I am loyally following all of the instructions and watching the videos delivered in my inbox bi-weekly. We measure our progress weekly and check in daily in the online bulletin board community. It’s a great place to interact with other course members. We use to motivate one another, share recipes and ask the coaches questions. (see video below)
I’ve seen results. Some of my clothes are fitting looser. I have also lost one inch or more in my abs, shoulders, hips and other areas of my body although I am still the same weight I was when I began. I recognize that muscle weighs more than fat and am hopeful that over the remainder of the course I will start to see the weight come off as well.
